From this site you can order everything you need to keep your course running and your store fully stocked. You can order both PPE and merchandise in the same basket, however, please note these items are supplied from two different warehouses, so they may arrive separately. All PPE & Uniform is supplied directly from our CT Yard Warehouse, including helmets, gloves, harnesses, lanyards, carabiners, safety signage, and other essential safety equipment used in day-to-day operations. Retail merchandise such as t shirts, mugs, pens, badges, plush items, and other items is supplied by our partner Blue Step Solutions. Ordering works just like any other online store. Simply add the items you need to your basket and check out in the normal way.
Go Ape began with a simple observation on a family holiday to France, where people of all ages were laughing and challenging themselves in the trees. Inspired by the power of shared outdoor experiences, the founders brought the idea to the UK in 2002, opening the first course in Thetford Forest. From the outset, Go Ape was about more than adrenaline. It was about confidence, connection, and helping people experience nature in a new way. Since then, Go Ape has grown into a nationwide outdoor adventure business, welcoming millions of guests across dozens of UK locations. While our experiences have expanded to suit a wide range of ages and abilities, each site remains rooted in real forest environments, designed to feel physical, immersive, and memorable. Today, that growth continues to be guided by strong values and a long term outlook. As an employee owned business, Go Ape recognises the role its teams play in delivering exceptional experiences every day, while initiatives such as the Go Ape Foundation help widen access to outdoor adventure for more communities.
Blue Step Solutions play a key role in supporting Go Ape’s retail operations across all sites. As our trusted merchandise partner, they are responsible for sourcing, storing, and fulfilling a wide range of retail products available for guests to purchase on site. From t shirts, mugs, and plush items to pens, badges, and seasonal merchandise, Blue Step helps ensure that stores remain stocked with high quality products that reflect the Go Ape brand experience. Working in partnership with our internal teams, Blue Step manages stock holding and fulfilment from their warehouse, helping to streamline the ordering process and maintain availability across multiple locations. All merchandise ordered through this platform is supplied by Blue Step Solutions, supporting consistent delivery and helping sites stay ready for busy trading periods throughout the season.
